Swedish Canoe Adventure

The Swedish Canoe Adventure challenge will take place in the beautiful wilderness area of the Hårkan river and lakes not far from the Northern town of Östersund. There will be five days of travel in open canoes, and we will be self-sufficient carrying all our supplies for camping, cooking and eating with us. The total distance will be approximately 90km with the first 50km being mainly on lakes, and the last 40km on the river.

Race the Train

Race the Train is an annual run which takes place in the magnificent scenic area to the South of Cader Idris, Mid Wales. Race the Train takes place alongside as far as practicable the route taken by the Talyllyn Railway on its journey from Tywyn to Abergynolwyn and back. In order to do this all courses use a mixture of public roads, lanes, un-metalled roads, tracks, agricultural land, and rough grazing pastures.

Dysynni Trail Fest

A series of four races to be held on Saturday the 10th June 2017, set in and around the Dysynni Valley. (Near Tywyn in Mid Wales)

  • All races start and finish within the walled garden of Ynysymaengwyn Woodland Holiday Park
  • Races are suitable for runners of all ages and abilities.
  • This event has something for the whole family.
  • Canicross runners are welcome in all race and have been a great supporter of the Trail Fest Challenge.
