The value of feedback

You probably know that we are a registered charity. We receive no statutory funding but one of the ways of obtaining funds is to apply for a grant from a Trust or Foundation. Without evidence of the difference we make we would have no chance of success, so Thank You.

Also, I thought I would share with you a word cloud using the words used by our 2018 participants on their feedback forms.  The bigger the word, the more people who used it.  This has not been manipulated in any way, it was our participants’ choice of words that means I clearly see the message, “amazing new life”

So what did we learn in 2018? In a nutshell it was that, after the course, participants are much more confident, happier, better equipped to deal with uncertainty and more confident that they can return to or carry on working.
